We feared the transition from independent living to assisted living would be tough on the client, but ElderCare Solutions helped at every turn. They found a company to clean out the old apartment (a Herculean task as our client had been a hoarder for years), visited the client at the new residence and made sure his needs were met and that he was adjusting well. They stepped in to provide visitation, review his medications, take him to doctor appointments, purchase clothes that were not worn or stained, etc. Our client has thrived in his new home in large part due to the efforts of ElderCare Solutions of Michigan.
