The Right Plan
In designing the right care plan, we help determine the appropriate amount of help that fits your situation, keeping in mind both the need for assistance and economic abilities. Our customized plan of care outlines the number of hours per day, days per week, and types of caregiver services that are needed, such as assistance with bathing, dressing and cooking. After our initial recommendation, we will stay involved, checking on the client periodically, adding additional hours and services as needs change over time.
The Right Caregiver
When finding the right caregiver, think of us as “matchmakers,” complementing our adult client’s personality with that of the caregiver. We can pre-screen the caregivers and the agencies, to make sure our clients feel comfortable with the person who will be assisting them.
When choosing a caregiver, it’s extremely important to make certain that you’re working with a bonded and insured company. While Michigan does not require licensing for caregivers, ElderCare Solutions of Michigan works with bonded and insured caregivers, to ensure the utmost professional care is provided to our clients.
